Services are described on the site and agreed with you in writing, normally as a quote or message confirming scope, timing and price, before work starts. If the site and your written agreement differ, the written agreement applies.
Marketplace outcomes depend on things I do not control, including platform rules, competition, advertising costs, product quality and customer behaviour. I do not guarantee sales, rankings, profit, account approval or the reinstatement of any suspended account.
Your store and marketplace accounts remain yours. You decide what access to give me, and you can remove it at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give me and for having the right to use the products, brands and content you ask me to work with.
Prices are quoted for your specific scope. Payment methods and timing are stated in your quote. Third-party costs, such as marketplace fees and advertising spend, are paid by you to the platform and are not part of my fees unless the quote says so.
You and I must both follow the rules of each marketplace. I may decline or stop work that would break those rules or the law.
The content of this site, including text, logo and design, belongs to Meem Obaidullah unless stated otherwise. Marketplace and payment brand names and logos belong to their owners, and this site is independent and not endorsed by them. Work I create for you is handed over as set out in your written agreement.
I treat the business information you share as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed work.
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit or loss caused by marketplace decisions. My total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid me for the service the claim relates to.
Either of us can end an engagement by written notice. Fees for work already done remain payable.
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
