How refunds and cancellations are handled for services from Meem Obaidullah.
Last updated: 2 November 2026Every service is quoted for a specific scope, so refund and cancellation terms are written into your quote or agreement before you pay. Please read them before you accept.
If you cancel before any work has begun, tell me in writing. Any payment you made for work that has not started will be returned.
Work already completed is charged for, because time and effort have been spent. For ongoing monthly services, you can stop at the end of a billing period by telling me in writing before the next period begins.
If a deliverable does not match what we agreed, email me with the details. I will correct it first. If I cannot deliver what was agreed, we will discuss a fair partial or full refund for that part of the work.
Marketplace fees, advertising spend, subscription costs and other amounts paid to third parties are not refundable by me, because they are paid to those platforms. Results such as sales or ranking are not guaranteed, so a refund is not available simply because a result was not reached.
